The Royal Anglian Regiment has two area secretaries. Their responsibilities cover the Regiment's geographic footprint as follows:

Area 2 Regimental Secretary: Major T.J.StC. Brown MFH
Tim attended Felsted School in Essex going on to study Rural Estate Management at Cirencester before joining the Army. In 1988 he was commissioned into the Royal Scots Dragoon Guards.
Tim commanded a Troop on Op GRANBY (Gulf 1991) and a Squadron on Op TELIC (Iraq 2003). He concluded his Regimental Service as Second in Command.
On retirement Tim qualified as a Chartered Surveyor and practised as a Land Agent in North Yorkshire for ten years before moving down to Leicestershire.
He became Area Regimental Secretary to the Royal Anglian Regiment on 1st March 2015.
Tim is married to Sonia, has a grown up son working in the Middle East, and on 1st May 2017 was appointed Master of Foxhounds to the Cottesmore Hunt.
