Veterans Cottage Corby Grand Opening 27th June

A fantisic inititive from Poacher Lee Pearce is opening on the 27th of June. This is from the team at the Cottage:

“The Veterans Cottage was created from a simple but important need — to support the wellbeing of those who have served.

We recognised that many veterans face challenges not just during service, but in the transition to civilian life. From that understanding, the Cottage began to grow — becoming a space that offers support, connection, and a renewed sense of purpose.

Today, we provide a welcoming environment where veterans can access wellbeing services, build meaningful connections, and take part in social and networking opportunities. Whether it’s through holistic therapies, coaching, or simply sharing a conversation, everything we offer is designed to support the individual behind the uniform.

What makes the Veterans Cottage truly special is that it has been shaped by veterans themselves. We listen, we learn, and we continually adapt to meet the real and evolving needs of our community.

We are committed to creating a space where every veteran feels seen, supported, and valued — a place to reconnect, rebuild, and move forward with purpose.”
