Welcome to the Regiment

On the 9th of August 2024, the Royal Anglian Regiment welcomed four new young officers to our Regimental family.

They have just completed the 44-week training course at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, the final event being the Sovereign’s Parade, where the inspecting officer was Chief of the Defence Staff.

Seen here with the Colonel of the Regiment, Major General Dominic Biddick MBE MC, 2nd Lieutenant Harry Young and 2nd Lieutenant James Davies will join the 1st Battalion, and 2nd Lieutenant Charlie Solon and 2nd Lieutenant Elliot Needham  will join the 2nd Battalion.
