Private Damian Car from No.2 (Leicester and Northamptonshire) Company, 3rd Battalion, Royal Anglian Regiment recently took part in the Monte Casto Trail 20k in Italy.
This was part of his training for the 24-hour world championships in December that is taking place in Taiwan.
He also took part in the Midlands Championships this week, securing second place. Other runners from both our 1st and 2nd Battalions also took part in this event.
