3rd Battalion train in the Old Colman’s Factory in Norwich

Troops from 1, 3 and 5 Companies of the 3rd Battalion, Royal Anglian Regiment, came together to train in a unique urban setting, the abandoned Colman’s Mustard factory in Norwich.

This building was vacated in 2020, the site which had been occupied for 160 years by Colman’s, allows for training in a range of environments that accurately reflect potential urban theatres.

Close-quarters battle and urban clearance operations were run, alongside Battlefield Casualty Drills and Casualty Evacuation training, all overseen by our trained staff.
