The Royal Anglian Regiment exercised its right to the Freedom of the City with a parade in Grimsby on Thursday, 22 November, 2007. The soldiers were given a heroes' welcome after returning from a six-month operational tour in Helmand Province, Afghanistan, which involved intense fighting.
