3rd Battalion raise funds for Great Ormond Street Children’s Hospital

Army Reservists from 5 Company, 3rd Battalion, Royal Anglian Regiment, regularly support charitable causes during the Christmas period.

This year, personnel came together to raise funds for Great Ormond Street Children’s Hospital. The cause is especially close to the Company, with several soldiers’ children having recently undergone life‑changing surgery at the hospital.

In response, the team undertook a sponsored walk along the length of Hadrian’s Wall throughout December, determined to give back to the organisation that has supported their families.
