Our Reserve Officers and Soldiers come from many walks of life and civilian occupations, coming together to make a dynamically capable team.

Integration with Regimental Headquarters and our sister Regular Infantry Battalions all focus on integrating the 3rd Battalion Royal Anglian as part of the Regimental Family.

This event will give you an insight to us, and you can ask questions from soldiers who are part of the Battalion, about why they joined and what they get from being in the Army Reserve.
