Detailed timings are as follows:

• 1000hrs – All attendees are onsite, enter via Chelsea gate (See map below)
• 1015hrs – All that wish to be part of the Parade prior to the service are to form up in Figure Court for the rehearsal
• 1045hrs – Parade complete
• 1055hrs – All seated in the Wren Chapel
• 1100hrs to 1200hrs – Service held

Administration points:

• All attendees are to pass their names and vehicle registrations (where applicable) to Regimental Headquarters no later than 3rd September 2025.
• Kindly highlight on your booking whether you wish to take part in the parade.
• For those that wish to stay on the Hospital grounds for a buffet lunch and access to the Chelsea Pensioners Club, kindly make this known to the Headquarters.
• If there are any specific dietary requirements/allergies, please let this be known at the earliest opportunity.
