This event is hosted by The Not Forgotten in partnership with Suffolk Freemasons and is complimentary for veterans and their guests. Veterans are only requested to make their own travel arrangements to and from the venue.
Any veteran wishing to attend are asked to email with Helmingham Hall in the subject line along with the following information:
- Referring Association
- Veteran’s Name
- Veteran’s Service: Army Regiment, RN, RM, RAF, MN
- Veteran’s mobile number
- Veteran’s postal address including postcode
- Veteran’s emergency contact name and telephone number
- Number of Guests (and their names)
- Number of Vehicles
- Any dietary requirements
