2nd Battalion Training in Theford

Junior Non-Commissioned Officers (JNCO) and soldiers, under C “Northamptonshire” Company, 2nd Battalion Royal Anglian Regiment, were given the time to train under their own steam in Thetford.

The focus was on JNCOs teaching Private soldiers individual up to section level tactics, to clear buildings and trenches.

With minimal supervision, the JNCOs had the time and space to teach their soldiers and the results were excellent.
