Description: Brig Nigel H Birbeck. the Deputy Fortress Commander in Gibraltar, accompanied by the CO, Lt Col Arthur Ferrary ED, stops to talk to Pte Malcolm Blagg during the inspection. Pte Blagg was from Leicester and was an ardent and enthusiastic member of the Gibraltar Regiment.
