Colonel of the Regiment Commendations 2025

Description: Melissa Kozlenko has supported the Regiment with her very calm, professional and well-planned approach to the recent temporary closure of the Regimental Museum at Duxford. In a challenging environment with changing timelines and constraints, she has achieved everything necessary to ensure the security and wellbeing of our historically important artefacts and documents. Both the main and reserve collections were relocated, and she has pioneered and taken a firm lead at the very new but promising temporary display which will be on show until completion of the new Museum location at Duxford. Melissa is a fantastic ambassador for the Regiment at the IWM and she remains passionate and vital about telling our story to us within the Regiment and to the wider public.

The Colonel of the Regiment’s Commendation is given to serving and former members and friends of the Regiment that uphold our ethos and have demonstrated selfless commitment and dedication in the service of the Regimental Family.
