Berlin

The 3rd Battalion was stationed in Berlin from 1964-66, the 2nd Battalion from 1978-81. This photograph was taken just after four refugees crossed from East to West Berlin in 1964. They were undetected by East German Guards and received assistance by four 3rd Battalion soldiers patrolling the Berlin Wall.
