1st Battalion

The 12th Mechanized Brigade took part in Exercise Druid's Dance (TESEX), this exercise is run by the Battle Group Training Unit, based at Westdown Camp, Salisbury Plain. The unit conducts Battle-group level training in a realistic and very demanding combined arms enviroment created by the Tactical Engagement Simulation (TES) equipment. This training allows the unit to reach a high level of combat effectveness in a short time.
