Headquarters Infantry will be holding a Rejoiners Job Fair at the Aldershot Garrison Gym on the Friday the 15th of May.
Thinking about coming back?
We value the experience, skills and service you’ve already given. Whether you’re missing the camaraderie, want a fresh start, or civilian life isn’t what you expected, there’s a place for you in the Regular Army.
Why rejoin?
If you miss the sense of belonging, the teamwork, or the feeling of purpose you had while serving, returning could be exactly what you need.
Rejoining is a chance to reset, rebuild and make the most of the skills you’ve gained in civilian life.

Who can rejoin?
If you previously served in the Regular Army, you can apply to rejoin — even if you left under the Armed Forces Redundancy Scheme.
Are you a rejoiner or re-enlister?
A rejoiner is a trained ex-serving soldier who completed Phase 1 and Phase 2 training, left the Army but wants to return to service in the Regular Army or Army Reserve.
A re-enlister is someone who left during Basic Training (Phase 1). If this applies to you, you’ll follow the standard recruitment process and complete Basic Training again before continuing your Army career.
