On the 4th of September 2022, the Royal Anglian Regimental family gathered at the Imperial War Museum, Duxford in front of the Regimental Memorial for our annual Regimental Day.
Music for the day was provided by The Band of the Royal Anglian Regiment and the Corps of Drums of the Essex and Cambridgeshire Army Cadet Force with the gates opening at 0930hrs.
The Muster and a Drumhead service took place followed by a march past the memorial for the veterans. Then old friends from across the serving, veterans and family attending had time to catch up with old colleagues and friends. The Band continued to entertain the crowds with the event closing with the lowering of the Regimental flags at 1530hrs.
A fantastic day and we look forward to welcoming all those who attended this and more in September 2023.
