Annual Deployment Exercise 2021-Wathgill and Warcop

130 members of, and attachment to, the 3rd Battalion Royal Anglian Regiment (Army Reserves) took part in their Annual Deployment Exercise focused on Wathgill for the Green Phase and Warcop for Live Firing.

This included an attached platoon from the 2nd Battalion, ‘The Poachers’ ably commanded by Lieutenan Matt Wilman.

The training included live firing Fire Team, Section and Company attacks over the arduous terrain of Warcop Ranges. Training was visted by Deputy Colonel of the Regiment, Brigadier Richard Lyne.
