The regiment has supplied many Colour Sergeant Instructors to the famous and prestigious Royal Military Academy Sandurst over the years. But we currently have three assigned there at the same time, a pretty impressive fact.
To be selected as an instructor to train the next generations of young officers for the British Army, and indeed international cadets, the individuals have to go through a rigorous selection process themselves and only the very best will be asked to take on the instructor roles at the Academy.
These instructors help shape and develop the leaders of the future.
