Job Vacancy - Combined Cadet Force (CCF) School Staff Instructor (SSI)

The Leys are looking to appoint a highly motivated, organised and inspiring individual to become part of our thriving Combined Cadet Force as a School Staff Instructor (SSI).

This varied and exciting position is ideal for a candidate who might wish to explore a career in education. The SSI will join a highly experienced team and take responsibility for the smooth and efficient running of all aspects of provision under the guidance of the Contingent Commander. This role would be ideal for a candidate who has military experience with either the regular or reserve forces, or someone who is already an SSI within a CCF and is looking for a change.

This school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. Before appointment to any role in the school, checks including an Enhanced DBS Check and workplace references will be undertaken in accordance with current statutory guidance. Evidence of eligibility to work in the UK is required as applicable. A one-year probationary period will also apply.
