Description: CSgt (Now WO2) Dean Kimpton has wholeheartedly dedicated his expertise and time assisting with Regimental social media digital communications. Al this, over and above his day job as a company sergeant major in the Poachers, so for those of us who know will recognise his tremendous commitment. He has supported our communication mission by protecting, supporting and celebrating the work that the Regiment has delivered with a highly competent and faultless approach. He has captured imagery and stories that portray the Regiment in the most positive way, essential in attracting future soldiers into our Battalions. His huge support and advocacy for our Regiment has seen a great improvement in our important social media presence. Furthermore, he spends time training others in this relatively new, but important part of our environment which is commendable.

The Colonel of the Regiment’s Commendation is given to serving and former members and friends of the Regiment that uphold our ethos and have demonstrated selfless commitment and dedication in the service of the Regimental Family.
